Our workshops are designed to bring EFT to into the lives of as many people as possible, and to do so in an uplifting and playful way. Unlike personal 1-2-1 sessions, which go much deeper into personal history, these workshops focus on creating meaningful change by focusing on the universal experiences that we all share.
