Sessions last 90 minutes and the majority of issues are usually resolved within 2-3 sessions.
Sessions can be arranged from Mondays to Saturdays, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
NLP and EFT in Phuket - sessions are held in the privacy of my home, or in various health centers around Phuket, Thailand.
After a session it is best to have a minimum of 1 hour peaceful time before returning to your normal daily routine.
Alcohol and mind-altering drugs must be avoided prior to sessions in order to get any benefit.
How do I do EFT correctly on myself?
If you have already had a session with me then this video will be a useful tapping reminder for you.
Watch and apply the guidelines I discuss in this video and you will be able to feel the results immediately, especially if you are applying it to a current emotional or physical issue. If through self-tapping you discover an underlying issue that feels to daunting to tackle yourself, it is best to write down what ever comes to you in the moment and come to see me for a face to face session.
